These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hotrosscasino.com (the “Site”), an editorial publication about the slot game Hot Ross by Hacksaw Gaming and Canadian-facing online casinos. Accessing the Site means you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Site.

1. Editorial Nature of the Site

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
